Zimbabwe's opposition leader Morgan Tsvangirai has reportedly arrived in Johannesburg to attend a weekend regional summit.
This comes a day after authorities at Harare international airport stopped him from leaving the country by briefly confiscating his travel documents. Zimbabwean President Robert Mugabe will also be at the summit of the Southern African Development Community (SADC). A top official of Mugabe's ruling ZANU-PF party said that stalled power-sharing talks with the opposition Movement for Democratic Change (MDC) would resume on the sidelines of the Johannesburg summit.
