Gross's debt was reportedly covered by entrepreneur Richard Kucik, co-founder of Moravia Energo, who transferred 13.5 million crowns to Key Investment. Afterwards Gross sold the 31 percent stake to the Arca Capital Bohemia company, belonging to Slovak financier Pavol Krupa, reportedly for 80 million crowns.
