Deutsche Bahn looks set to move aheda with partial privatisation ... treaty's future remains in doubt however after Irish voters rejected the document in a referendum last month. The treaty is intended to streamline decision-making within the 27-nation bloc but it cannot become law unless every member state accepts it.
