04.07.2008 - Czech supreme attorney returns biofuel case for completion-server
The NSZ headed by Renata Vesecka did not agree with the conclusion of the Supreme State Attorney's Office in Prague that in April halted the investigation into one of the lines of the case, Tyden writes.
According to wiretappings, a bribe of up ten million crowns is suspected in the case in connection with placing state orders for biofuels production.
The man who figures in the scandal is lobbyist Frantisek Vybiral, a former CSSD member, through whom those interested in possible biofuel deals bribed civil servants and other people.

According to it Cervenka's acquaintance said, however, the police did not investigate Cervenka's firms.
