22.06.2008 - Police initiate charges against Czech-Afghan chamber head
"The accused was part of an organised group that extorted a 37-year-old Czech citizen," Prague police spokesman Tomas Hulan told TV Nova.
The extorters reportedly forced the entrepreneur into signing a bill of exchange worth 850,000 crowns which he refused to do.
The perpetrators reacted by attacking him.
The police were monitoring the situation and intervened.
Asked by TV Nova, Nadri denied any involvement in extortion and said the police are mistaken.
