Michigan primary plan collapses ... trails her Democrat rival Barack Obama who's still leading overall, just 50 delegates short of the 2,118 needed for nomination at the party's August convention. On Saturday Clinton's camp was delivered a set-back by an internal party ruling that left disputed Michigan and Florida delegates at half-strength. Exit polls from Puerto Rico show Clinton gaining two-thirds support, but with Obama adding a further 14 seats. The Democrat primaries conclude on Tuesday with contests in Montana and South Dakota. Obama could also count on the votes among 180 superdelegates.
