Two representatives of Tibet's exiled spiritual leader have arrived in the southern Chinese city of Shenzhen for a meeting with Chinese officials. Ahead of Sunday's meeting, the official Tibet Daily described the Dalai Lama as a criminal who masterminded the most serious unrest in Tibet in nearly two decades. The 1989 Nobel Peace Prize winner has rejected the accusations and has blamed China for widespread human rights violations. The talks come after international leaders pressured China to reopen dialogue in the wake of a Chinese crackdown.
